Name: Mato, Meaning "Bear" in Siox.
Nickname:Bear,Mat,Kato, Cutless.
Gender:Male
Age: 3 Years old.

Appearance: Mato is a german shepherd. He has black and brown/tan fur, whom is medium length. He was the "Perfect" police dog, as you would say.

Personality: Mato is... Wise. He used to be a police dog, making him also be very intelligent and skilled. He is rather charming, and has a calm temperment. He is likeable, and VERY mellow.

History: Mato was given to the Police department 36 when he was only a pup. His master was a fair, honest, and kind man, and trained Little Mato well. Mato was the best dog on the squad, whom was skilled enough to not even get a scratch. That's why they called him cutless. Mato loved his master, and they had been partners his whole life. Until one day. Mato and his master were called in on a robbery. Mato had attacked 4 Thugs, Severely injuring them. Them he looked away, and almost in a blink of an eye, His master was shot. He ran over to his masters side, after the criminals were arrested. They has taken him into the hospital, But, He died the next day. Mato was ballistic, and he didn't want to have a new partner. So he ran away, and he is now a stray dog.
